  • What browser do you recommend to view the Online Expo?

    We recommend using Chrome to navigate the online expo.
    Disable any ad blockers, spyware, malware and firewalls.
    Please do not use Safari or Internet Explorer as some functions may not be available to you.
  • When does the expo open and what are the hours?

    The Fall Online Expo will go "live" at 10 AM ET on Saturday, October 14th and will end at 6 PM ET on Sunday, October 15th. Classes will be taking place during this time and you can "chat" with the presenters during their presentations. The show will remain online for one month after the live event.
    The Fall In-Person Expo In Illinois is Saturday, October 14th from 10 AM - 4 PM CT and Sunday, October 15th from 10 AM - 3 PM CT at The Lake County Fairgrounds Event Center in Grayslake, IL.
  • Will all exhibitors be participating in both the online and the in-person expos?

    Some exhibitors will only be attending the in-person expos and some will only be attending the online expos; but most will be participating in both.   • Do I need to register for the Online Expo?

    Registration for the Online Expo is FREE! You only need to register if you want to watch a class, make purchases and take advantage of any show specials and giveaways.
  • What is the easiest way to navigate the Online Expo website?

    There is a menu button at the top right corner of the home page. This will take you to the exhibitor booths, class sessions, and discounts/promotions pages. There is also a section on the home page with purple boxes that shows you all of the brand categories.
  • Will my email and contact information be shared with anyone if I register?

    By registering, you are giving Nourished Festival permission to email you about new products and discounts you may find interesting. You may opt-out at any time. You are also giving the the Nourished Festival permission to share your contact information with the brands you speak to in a chat (please see below) or for any giveaways you enter.
  • What is "My Profile"?

    Once you are logged in you have to ability to update your user profile. You can upload an image or logo, add in your social media links and change your password, but this is not mandatory. You can also register for class session once you have created an account and then access your schedule of classes and see who you are connected with all in your user profile. You can access your user profile in the top right of the website.
  • When are the "Giveaways" available?

    Giveaways are only available during the hours of the the live event October 14th at 10 AM ET through October 15th at 6 PM ET.
  • When are the discounts and promotions available?

    Promotions will be available when the Online Expo opens. Promotion end dates will be determined by each exhibitor separately.
  • How do I get the discount codes to buy products?

    Click on the "Product Details & Offers" link on each product to see the promo code. Copy and paste it into the brand’s shopping cart at checkout. All brands are selling directly on their own websites and not on the festival site. Your show promotion discount will NOT automatically populate into your cart. You will need to copy and paste it.
  • How do I watch classes?

    Go to the menu at the top right corner of the homepage and click on "Presentations & Booth Events." You can register for a class here or you can join an ongoing class.
  • What is the chat feature?

    You can text chat directly with a brand if they are in their booth. If they are not in the booth you can leave a message. Access to the chat is in 2 places: top right corner of the home page & in a virtual booth under Who's In The Booth. If a representative from the brand is logged into their booth you will see them under "Who's In The Booth".
  • What is chat support?

    We are here to answer any technical questions you have about logging in, navigating the site etc. Chat Support can be found in the lower right hand corner of the website during show hours. This chat is NOT to talk to a presenter or exhibitor.
  • How do I search for a product or brand?

    You can search for a product by clicking the magnifying glass at the top of the home page and entering a search term. You may filter by allergen, product category, or price to narrow your search results. To search for a brand, select "Exhibitor Directory" from the website Menu. The Directory lists the exhibitors in alphabetical order. Simply click on an exhibitor name or image to visit the brand's festival booth.
  • How do I search by allergen or attribute?

    You can search for a type of product by clicking the magnifying glass at the top of the home page and then entering a search term. On the left side of the search results page, you will see the ability to filter the results by allergen or attributes.
  • What happens when I sign up to receive a brand's newsletter?

    Many of the exhibiting brands have a section on their page where you can elect to sign up to receive their e-newsletters. If you choose to do this, you are giving permission to that particular brand to send you their emails. You must reside in the United States to sign up for e-newsletters from brands.
  • Are all of the products gluten-free?

    Yes, all products are gluten-free. Each brand will indicate if its products are certified gluten-free or tested to less than 20ppm. Brands will also indicate if their products are made in a dedicated gluten-free facility.
  • Is Closed Captioning Available?

    Closed Captioning is available TWO ways

    Option 1 - Google Chrome - Go to the three dots in the upper right hand corner > click settings towards the bottom > on the left click accessibility > then turn on live caption. Once this is on a box will pop up that you can move around your screen during a live or pre-recorded class.

    Option 2 - Microsoft Windows 11 - To turn on live captions, do one of the following:
    Turn on the Live captions toggle in the quick settings Accessibility flyout. (To open quick settings, select the battery, network, or volume icon on the taskbar.) OR Press Windows logo key + Ctrl + L.
    Select Start > All apps > Accessibility > Live captions.
    Go to Settings > Accessibility > Captions, and turn on the Live captions toggle.
    When turned on the first time, live captions will prompt you to download live captions language files to be used by on-device speech recognition. "
  • Why are some of my favorite brands not at the expo?

    We invite over 3,000 brands to attend the event. Those that chose to be part of the expo are very excited to meet with you! If you have a favorite brand that is not in attendance, reach out to them via social media so they can join us at the next online or in-person expo.
  • Can I still access the Online Expo after the show ends on Sunday?

    You can continue to shop, watch recorded videos, and look at all of the booth information at any time after 10 AM ET on October 14th. The show will remain online for one month after the expo. The only difference is that the show will not be "live" meaning there will not be anyone to chat with to answer your questions.
  • What if I have an issue with a product or service I purchased?

    Please reach out to that brand directly to try to resolve the issue. You will find their contact information on their expo page.
  • What if I want to exhibit or present at the next online Nourished Festival?
